4 large ripe peaches cut in half stone removed
250 gm creme fraiche
3 tsp chopped pistachio nuts
2 tsp Amaretto
2 tsp dark cane sugar
Mix creme fraiche, pistachio nuts and Amaretto and fill the peaches. Sprinkle dark cane sugar over the filled peaches and grill (direct or indirect) on high heat for 12-13 minutes. Serve whilst hot.
