  1. A hooded BBQ, okay this is not really an accessory- BUT, a hooded barbecue turns your grill from a frying pan into an outdoor oven. Hooded BBQs are more efficient heat wise as the heat is contained under the hood, moisture is kept in too preventing the food from drying out. With a hooded barbecue you can use smoke chips to give a lovely smokey flavour to your food, and the hood makes more accessories possible e.g. a Rotisserie system.

  2. A rotisserie/self-basting system for roasting provides consistent even cooking. Roast chicken, a leg of lamb, all cooked deliciously slowly on the BBQ.

  3. A flat plate has many uses, fried eggs, onion rings, meat, anything you want to BBQ that won't cook on a grill.

  4. Pizza stones are fantastic for a home-cooked pizza experience. Make up your pizza on the the stone and place it under the hood of your bbq, bellisimo!

  5. A Weber roasting trivet allows air to convect all around and under the roast for more even cooking. It also minimizes searing heat and scorching on the bottom on the base of the roast. Using Aluminium foil on the trivet aids conduction, prevents burning and makes cleanup easier.
